Every booked pallet is covered up to the declared value limit under the LoadSpace cargo policy held with Northeast Cargo Underwriters. Carriers must show active operating authority and their own cargo coverage before they can haul.
One to six standard pallets per booking, up to 1,500 lb and 96 inches tall per pallet. Larger runs move as a dedicated quote.
You pick a two hour window at booking. The carrier confirms it before the load is locked, and you get a reminder the evening before.
We rematch your pallet to the next compatible truck on the lane at the same price, and you see the new window in the app. If nothing fits your date, you are not charged.
Card at booking on the Standard plan, or net 30 invoicing on Business. No fuel surcharge and no accessorial added after the fact.
